SHIPPING POLICY

Le Beauty Boutique accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. 

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit. If your package was lost, you need to contact the mail carrier and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order.

If you entered the incorrect address and the package gets re-sent to us, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for paying the S&H Fees to reship the package again.

 Kindly note we do not cancel orders once an order has been placed and finalized. 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been dropped off to the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take up to 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process, day of purchase does not count as day one.

 OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will proceed with fulfilling and shipping the rest of your order, and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
